摘要
目的 评定胶原聚合物为主体的 ICL 在动物体内的生物相容性。方法 分别应用胶原材料进行以下生物学测试 :(1)细胞毒性试验 (细胞增殖度法 ) ;(2 )致敏试验 ;(3)热原试验 ;(4 )皮下植入试验。实验数据根据标准进行分析和评估。结果 细胞毒性试验、过敏试验和皮下植入试验 ,胶原试品反应均为 0~ 1级。热原试验中胶原试品个体升温均在0 .6℃以下 ,升温总值在 1.4℃以下。结论 材料生物学测试结果显示胶原聚合物具有高度生物相容性 ,是设计制造 ICL
Objective To evaluate compatibility of ICL made of collagen in animal bodies.Methods Collagen was used to perform the following biological tests:(1)cytotoxicity test; (2)anaphylaxis test; (3)pyrogenic reactions test; (4)subcutaneous implant test. The data were analyzed and evaluated by criterion.Results Reaction scales of collagen in cytotoxicity, anaphylaxis and subcutaneous implant tests were 0 to 1 level. In pyrogenic reactions, the value of each rabbit's increasing temperature in collagen group was below 0.6℃ and the total value was below 1.4℃.Conclusion Results of material biological evaluation tests demonstrate that this copolymer is of high biocompatibility and can become an ideal material for ICL.
