摘要
目的 了解翼状胬肉组织中胶原系统变化规律。方法 采用氯胺 T氧化法检测胬肉组织中胶原主要成分羟脯氨酸的含量 ,观察其变化及影响因素。结果 翼状胬肉组织中羟脯氨酸含量明显增加 ;性别、眼别间差异不大 ;个体间差异可能与病程有关。结论 胶原系统参与了胬肉的发生和发展过程。维持胶原代谢平衡 ,有利于控制翼状胬肉的演变。[眼科新进展 2 0 0 1;2 1(2 )∶ 87- 88]
Objective To study the alteration rules of collagen system in tissue of pterygium.Methods The level of hydroxyproline in pterygium was examined. Their changes and the factors of influence were observed.Results The hydroxyproline content, which was the main composition of collagen, was significantly increased in tissue of pterygium. There was more difference in individuals than in sex and in right or left, it may be related to the course of the disease.Conclusion The collagen system may contribute to the occurrence and development of pterygium. Keeping the balance of metabolism of collagen, wat is benefical to control the developing of pterygium.
