可松解缝线的小梁切除术

Trabeculectomy with releasable sutures

目的 观察可松解缝线的小梁切除术能否减少小梁切除术后的并发症。方法 48例 (72眼 )青光眼患者随机分为 2组 :观察组 33眼行可松解缝线的小梁切除术 ,对照组39眼行常规小梁切除术 ,术后观察比较眼压、滤过泡、前房深度、视力及其他眼部并发症。结果 在术后低眼压、浅前房、视力下降的发生率观察组分别为 6 .0 6 % ,12 .12 %和6 .0 6 % ,而对照组分别为 2 8.2 1% ,30 .77%和 2 5 .6 4% (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而且观察组前房积血、脉络膜脱离、并发性白内障及虹膜睫状体炎的发生也明显少于对照组。

Objective To observe whether trabeculectomy with releasable sutures can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications Methods Forty eight patients(72 eyes)with glaucoma were randomized into two groups:33 eyes (an observed group)received trabeculectomy with releasable sutures while 39 eyes(a control group)underwent normal trabeculectomy The intraocular pressure(IOP),the anterior chamber depth,the filtering blebs ,the visual acuity and other ocular complications were measured and compared between the two groups Results The incidence of postoperative low IOP ,shallow anterior chamber and the visual acuity loss were 6 06%,12 12% and 6 06% respectively in the observed group while the incidence of the above three complications were 28 21%, 30 77% and 25 64% respectively in the control group ( P < 0 05) In addition,the incidence of other ocular complications in the observed group were less than that in the control group Conclusion Trabeculectomy with releasable sutures could effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications by controlling the amount of aqua oculi outflowing
