摘要
目的 探讨角膜中央厚度与眼压读数的关系。方法 对 44例 88眼屈光角膜手术前的患者 ,分别用压平眼压计和超声角膜测厚仪进行角膜中央厚度和眼压的测量 ,并对二者之间的关系进行统计分析。结果 组角膜中央厚度≥ 5 80μm,眼压为 2 1.5 0~2 7.0 0 m m Hg(2 3.70 m m Hg± 1.36 m m Hg) (1k Pa=7.5 mm Hg) ,屈光度 - 2 .0 0~ - 12 .0 0 D。 组角膜中央厚度 <5 2 0μm,眼压为 11.0 0~ 2 0 .0 0 m m Hg(15 .6 6 mm Hg± 1.71m m Hg) ,屈光度 - 1.2 5~ - 11.2 5 D。 组眼压高于 组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 角膜厚度与眼压有明显的相关性 ,即角膜厚度增加眼压相应增高 ,当眼压读数高于正常时 。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between central corneal thickness (CCT) and intraocular pressure (IOP) Methods The IOP was measured using the Goldmann applanation tonometer and an ultrasonic pachymeter was used to examine CCT in 88 eyes (44 patients) The patients were divided into two groups: groupⅠ CCT was ≥580 μm and groupⅡ 501~519μm Results The IOP was 21 5~27 0mmHg (23 7mmHg±1 36mmHg and the diopter was -2 00~12 00D in groupⅠ, the IOP was 11~20mmHg(15 66mmHg±1 71mmHg) and the diopter was -1 25^-11 25D in groupⅡ The IOP in group Ⅰwas higher than that in group Ⅱ ( P <0 001) Conclusion The analysis demonstrated the positive relationship between CCT and IOP Therefore it is important that the corneal thickness should be considered when the high IOP reading was taken
