人发和体内器官中微量元素的仪器中子活化分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文用仪器中子活化分析法作短照射和长照射,测定了11例正常人尸体的头发、肝、肾和肺中的Cu、Br、Cl、Zn、Mn、Na、S、Mg、Cr、Ca、Fe、Rb、Co等13个元素的含量,并与国外的文献值进行了比较。方法的可靠性用生物标准物质马肾、日本人发和蕃茄叶进行核对,测定值与推荐值相符。 Autopsy samples of hair, liver, lung and kidney-cortex from 11 normal Chinese subJects were collected and analysed for Cu, Br, Cl, Mn>Mg,Na, S, Ca, Cr, Fe,Co,Rb and Zn by instrumental neutron activation analysis. The analytical results obtained in this work were compared with those listed in the literatures, of other countries. The technique had been checked, for all the above-mentioned elements by the standard reference materials of horse kidney, human hair and tomato leaves. The results were in good agreement with the certified values. The detection limits in this work were calculated according to the criteria of Currie.
