金复康口服液质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standards for Jifukang Oral Solution

目的 :建立金复康口服液的质量标准。方法 :采用TLC法对处方中的山茱萸、女贞子、淫羊藿进行定性鉴别 ;用薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷的含量。结果 :在TLC色谱中均能检出山茱萸、女贞子、淫羊藿 ;黄芪甲苷在 1.0 6 5～ 5 .32 5 μg范围呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9991,平均回收率 95 .1% ,RSD为 2 .0 %。结论 :所建立的方法可靠准确地进行定性 ,定量检测 。

Objective: To establish the quality standards for Jifukang Oral Solution. Methods: Fructus Corni, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Herba Epimedii were identified by TLC, and the content of astragalin A was determined by TLC scanning. Results: The Fructus Corni, Fructus ligustri licidi, Herba Epimedii could be identified by TLC. Astragalin A showed a good linear relationship at a range of 1.065～5.325μg,r=0.9991. The average recovery was 95.1%, and RSD was 2.0%. Conclusion: The methods are accurate and can be used for the quality control of Jifukang Oral Solution.
