This paper reported the present state of intravenous injection pollution by insoluble particle, pollution character, detection apparatus as well as detection methods, compared the detection methods and limits of insoluble particle in pharmacopeias of America, England, Japan and China, provided 6 measures of controlling insoluble particle pollution to raise the qulity of intravenous injection on the basis of collecting and analyzing the correlation literatures at home and abroad.
