阿司匹林铜胶囊含量的RP-HPLC测定及其稳定性考察

Determination of Copper Aspirinate Capsules by HPLC

采用 RP- HPL C法测定阿司匹林铜胶囊及其杂质水杨酸铜含量 ,辅料不干扰分析。阿司匹林铜和水杨酸铜的平均回收率分别为 99.5 % (RSD=0 .5 5 % )和 99.6 % (RSD =0 .8% ) ,且线性关系良好 ,r分别为 0 .995 3和 0 .996 5。稳定性实验表明 :阿司匹林铜胶囊对光稳定 ,在高温、潮湿环境下极不稳定 。

Copper aspirinate capsules and the impurity copper salicylate were determined by RP HPLC. The average recoveries of copper aspirinate and copper salicylate were 99.5% ( RSD =0.55%) and 99.6% ( RSD =0.80%), respectively. They had good linearities with r of 0.9953 and 0.9965, respectively. The stability test results showed that copper aspirinate capsules should be kept in the dry and cool place.
