Synthesis of 1-(2-Pyridyl)piperazine

用工业品 2 -氨基吡啶在 Br2 - HBr体系中重氮化 ,制得 2 -溴吡啶 ,收率 73.5 % ;2 -溴吡啶与工业无水哌嗪直接反应 ,制得 1- (2 -吡啶基 )哌嗪 ,收率 6 0 %。

The pharmaceutical intermediate 1 (2 pyridyl)piperazine was synthesized by two steps.Fristly,the 2 bromopyridine was prepared by diazotization of 2 aminopyridine in Br 2 HBr solution with 73.5% yield. Secondly,2 bromopyridine reacted with anhydrous piperazine in n pentanol to prepare the title compound with 60% yield.
