甘草总黄酮清除羟自由基作用的体外实验探讨

The scavenging effect of flavoniods of glycyrrhiza on hydroxyl radical studied in vitro

甘草总黄酮对Fenton反应生成的·OH具有较强的直接清除作用 ,该作用明显优于甘露醇 ,其清除·OH的IC50 是甘露醇的 1/2 5 5 ,其抑制·OH生成的IC50 是甘露醇的 1/139。结果提示了甘草总黄酮有可能作为一种新的天然抗氧化剂。

Flavionoids of Glycyrrhiza possessed significantly Scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical(·OH) produced by Fenton reaction.the effect of Flavonoids of Glycyrrhiza was more potent than that of mannitol.the ·OH-scavening IC 50 and the ·OH-inhibting IC 50 of in were 1/25 and 1/139 respectively as compared with that of mannitol.the results suggest Flavoniods of Gycyrrhiza with a vast prospect as a new natural antioxidant.
