摘要
目的 研究电针对红细胞免疫的影响。方法 应用红细胞 C3b受体 -酵母菌花环试验和红细胞 - IC花环试验检测红细胞免疫功能。结果 电针刺激足三里穴后正常大鼠外周血 RBC- C3b RR、 RBC- ICR明显升高 (P<0 .0 1)。免疫抑制模型大鼠外周血 RBC- C3b RR明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。电针治疗后各项指标均有明显升高 (P<0 .0 1)。非经非穴组各项指标与正常对照组相比无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 电针足三里穴可提高正常大鼠及免疫抑制模型大鼠的红细胞免疫粘附功能。
To reveal the influence of electroacupuncture (EA) on erythrocyte immune function in rats. Methods:Erythrocyte immune functions(including RBC C3bRR and RBC-ICR) were observed to evaluate the immune functions of rats from different aspects. Results:①The value of RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICRin EA group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01), indicating that EA had a considerable regulative effect on the immune function.②The value of RBC-C3bRR in immunosuppressive model group was observably lower than that of control group(P<0.05), indicating that cyclophosphamidum(CY) restrained the erythrocyte immune function.③The value of RBC-C3bRR in the immunosuppressive model +EA group was significantly higher than that of immunosuppressive model group and control group (P<0.01).④The data of the none point group were not different from those of control group (P>0 05). Conclusion: EA on Zusanli point can improve erythrocyte immune function in rats of control group and the immunosuppressive model group, but EA on none point has no such function.
