摘要
本文报道了利用便携式同位素源X射线荧光(XRF)仪进行炉前快速分析白合金的成分。侧重介绍了克服偏析现象的方法,并运用校正基体效应的方法对白合金中各主要成分的分析进行了研究,建立了数学模型。经实践验证,用便携式X射线萤光仪代替或部分代替白合金化学分析不仅快速,而且可靠。
Analysis of white alloy was performed by using a portable radioisotope source X-ray fluorescence(XRF) analyser in the workshop of railway factories. Some methods to overcome segregation influence on the analysis and to correct matrix effects are discussed in detail. An effective mathematical model has been established XRF determination of white alloy could replace or partly repkce chemical analysis and make the analysis faster and reliable.
