鲨鱼软骨提取物对小鼠实体瘤抑制作用的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :观察鲨鱼软骨粉 (商品名 Shark Cartilade,SC)及其提取物 (Shark cartilage extracts,SCE)对荷肝癌 (Hep)小鼠和肉瘤 S180小鼠的抑瘤作用。方法 :将荷肝癌 (Hep)小鼠 40只随机分为 4组 :鲨鱼软骨提取物组 (SCE)、鲨鱼软骨粉高剂量组 (SCH)、鲨鱼软骨粉低剂量组 (SCL)和生理盐水对照组 (NS)。灌胃给药 ,每天 1次 ,连用 14d,处死动物称瘤重计算抑瘤率。同样方法处理 5 0只荷 S180小鼠。结果 :SCE、SCH和 SCL 组对 Hep的抑瘤率分别为 38.72 %、 19.87%、16 .84% ;对 S180的抑瘤率分别为 45 .19%、 4.10 %和 3.79%。结论 :鲨鱼软骨制剂对小鼠 Hep和小鼠 S180实体瘤均有一定的抑制作用 ,但其提取物 SCE的抑瘤率明显高于鲨鱼软骨粉 SC(P <0 .0 1或 P <0 .0 5 ) Objective:To observe the inhibition effect of Shark Cartilade(SC) and Shark cartilage extracts (SCE) on tumor of Hep mice and S180 mice Methods:40 Hep mice were randomized into 4 groups:group of shark cartilage extracts (group NS) All drugs were separatly given infusing intl stomach (ig) at the second dady after inoculation ,once a day,lasted for 14 days,and then all animals were killed and the neopolasm weighed,tumor inhibited rate calculated 50 S180 mice were treated in all the same way Results:The tumor inhibiting rates of group SCE,SCH and SCL were reepectioely 45 19%,4 10%and 3 79% Conclusion:Both SCE and SC can inhibit tumor growth,but SCE has more powerful tumor inhibiting effects than SC (P<0 01 or P<0 05)
