乙型肝炎病毒感染对非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者化疗后肝功能影响的回顾性分析

RETROSPECTIVE EVALUATION OF EFFECT OF HEPATITIS B VIRUS ON LIVER FUNCTION IN CHEMOTHERAPY OF NON-HODGKIN'S LYMPHOMA

目的 :探讨乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)感染对非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)患者化疗后肝功能的影响。方法 :回顾性病例配对分析 ,比较 6 7例 HBs Ag (+ )与 6 7例 HBs Ag(- )的 NHL 患者化疗后肝功能变化情况。结果 :经过二周期以上的正规化疗后 ,HBs Ag (+ )组肝功能损害发生率占 5 3.7% (36 /6 7) ,明显高于 HBs Ag (- )组肝功能损害发生率 16 .4% (11/6 7) ,(P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :HBV感染的 NHL 患者化疗易引起肝功能损害。

objective:To study the effect of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) on liver function in chemotherapy of non Hodgkin's Lymphoma Methods:67 cases of NHL with positive serum HBsAg marker [HBsAg(+)group] were retrospectively matched in pairs with 67 cases of NHL without positive serum HBsAg marker [HBsAg(-)group] Liver functions after chemotherapy of HBsAg(+) group were compared with that of HBsAg(-) group Results:After two phases' regular chemotherapy,the liver function damage rate in HBsAg(+)group 53 7%(36/67) was significantly higher than that in HBsAg(-) group16 4%(11/67) (P<0 05) Conclusion:The cases of NHL with HBV were more likely to have liver function damage in chemotherapy
