摘要
目的 :研究蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后血栓素 B2 (TXB2 )、 6 -酮 -前列环素 F1 α(6 -酮 )和脑血流速度的关系。方法 :用放免法测定 5 2例 SAH病人的血浆 TXB2 、 6 -酮的含量 ,观察这两种物质与正常对照组 ,正常对照组与出血 1~ 3d、 4~ 5d、 6~ 12 d各组 6 -酮的变化 ,以及与经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)检测结果之间的关系。结果 :SAH后 TXB2 、 6 -酮含量与正常对照组 ,正常对照组与出血 1~ 3d、 4~ 5 d组的 6 -酮含量有显著差异 ,脑平均血流速度在 SAH后 4~ 5 d增快明显。结论 :SAH后血浆 TXB2 、 6 -酮含量发生变化 ,SAH后脑血管痉挛与 TXB2 、 6 -酮的变化有关。
Objective:To study the change of thromboxane B 2(TXB 2),6 keto prostaglandin F 1α(6 Keto) and blood flow velocities of cerebral arterties Methods:To determine TXB 2、6 Keto in plasma of 52 SAH cases by radioimmunoassay,and observe the correlation with normal control group,the normal control group with one to three day group,four to five day group,six to twelve day group of 6 Keto and the determed results with transcranial Doppler ultrasound Results:Tere were significant differences in TXB 2、6 Keto between the normal control group and patient group,between the normal control group and one to tree day group,four to five day group,and mean flow velocities of cerebral arteries increased significantly after SAH on the fourth and fifth day Conclusion:Change in levels of TXB 2,6 Keto after SAH,with the determed results of TCD,cerebral vasospasm(CVS) after SAH showed correlation with TXB 2,6 Keto
