肿节风片对恶性肿瘤和免疫功能的影响

EFFECTS OF TABELLAE SARCANDRAE ON MALIGNANT TUMOR AND IMMUNITY

目的 :研究肿节风片对恶性肿瘤和免疫功能的影响。方法 :观察肿节风在体内、体外对 S1 80 肉瘤和肝癌 Hep A腹水瘤的抑制作用及对巨噬细胞和特异性免疫功能的影响。结果 :肿节风片对小鼠 S1 80 肉瘤有明显抑制作用 ,并能明显延长 Hep A腹水瘤小鼠的存活期 ,在体外还能直接灭活 Hep A和 S1 80 瘤细胞。此外 ,能明显增强巨噬细胞的廓清指数。结论

Objective:To study the effects of Tabellae Sarcandrae on malignant tumor and immune function Methods:To investigate the effects of Tabellae Sarcandrae on carcinoma S 180 and liver cancer Hep A in vivo and in vitro,as well as its effects on the macrophage and specific immune functions Results:Carcinoma S 180 was markedly inhibited and the survival period of mice with cancer Hep A was significantly prolonged by the treatment with Tabellae Sarcandrae Hep A and S 180 cells were also killed in the present of Tabellae Sarcandrae in vitro In addition,the clearance index of microphage was increased obviously by its treatment Conclusion:Tabellae Sarcandrae has the significant anticancer and nonspecific immunoenhancement effects
