摘要
本文利用左右心室核素门电路位相分析法对20例右束支传导阻滞(RBBB)和5例左束支传导阻滞(LBBB)不伴有明显血液动力学或室壁运动异常的患者进行定性及定量分析,并与正常组相比,结果表明:RBBB病人的MRV、△M和△Latest与正常者有显著差异(P<0.05),同样5例LBBB病人的MLV、△M(LV-RV)也与正常组有显著差异(P<0.05),患有束支传导阻滞侧心室位相明显延迟,且与EKG有很好的相关性(100%)。本研究显示了位相分析法在束支传导阻滞的应用优于心电图,并为开展心电生理方面的研究提供可能。
Phase analysis of biventricular radionuclide gated studies were carried out in 20 patients with right bundle branch block (RBBB) and in 5 left bundle branch block (LBBB), all without significant abnormalities of hemodynamic or ventricular wall motion. The results of this study indicated that the MRV, the △M(LV-RV)and the △Latest in 20 RBBB patients are significantly different from those of the normal patients. Likely, the MLV, the △M (LV-RV) and the △Latest in 5 LBBB patients are also different from those of the normal patients. The ventricular phase with BBB is obviously delayed, they are correlated very well with the EKG(100%). This report fully indicated that the phase analysis on Bundle Branch Block (BBB) is superior to the ordinary EKG and it is possible to study further on electrophysiology.
