摘要 不同剂量^(60)Coγ射线照射人外周血,剂量范围从0一7Gy,用染色体提前凝聚技术研究由照射所致淋巴细胞G_1-PCC中的断片值与剂量关系。该方法细胞不需达到有丝分裂中期即可直接检查间期细胞的染色体损伤。结果表明,在照后即刻G_1-PCC的断片产额适合线性回归模式。 Human peripheral blood was exposed to various 60Co γ-ray with doses ranging from 0-7 Gy. The premature condensed chromosome (PCC) technique was used to study the yield of G1-PCC fragments. The direct visualization of chromosome aberrations in interphase has been examined. The frequency of chromosome breaks produced in G1-PCC of the lymphocytes was scored. The results was compared with the conventional cytogenetic assay. The yield of G1-PCC fragments immediately after exposure is fitted with the linear regression equation.
