摘要
本文介绍了在Varian Clinc-20直线加速器上用6MeV电子线作全身照射中剂量分布情况,为临床放射治疗计划的实施提供了较全面的剂量资料。用有机玻璃作散射屏可有效地衰减电子线能量,控制治疗深度,提高皮肤剂量;在有限治疗空间中,采用分段多野照射技术,患者体表剂量分布均匀,是一种较好的照射技术:对电子线实际受照欠剂量区应加强监测,并予以补充照射。以上剂量学资料在临床治疗中,效果满意。
The paper describes the dose distributions for total body electron irradiation by Varian Clinac-20 linear accelerator and provides for clinical radiotherapy plan with more complete and useful dosimetric data and experiences. A scatter screen can be used to reduce the primary electron energy, control treatment depth and enhance the skin dose. While radiotherapy is restricted in a room with limited space, dual angled gantry multiple irradiation field technique is a (?) method to create a homogeneous dose distribution on patient's surface. For those sites located in the electron beam shadows, boosting irradiation and dose monitoring are necessary. The preliminary clinical trials indicate these dosimetric data and experiences are valid and feasible.
