摘要
本文报道了利用HPLC的阴离子交换色谱法和离子对色谱法对^(99)Tc-HMDP-NaBH_4体系中的各组分进行了分离,并同时用紫外检测器和放射性检测器进行检测,发现在该标记体系中至少存在四种^(99)Tc标记的化合物或四种不同价态的^(99)Tc标记化合物,其中主峰的放射性约占总放射性的90％。
In this paper the separation of the radioactive components in 99Tc-HMDP-NaBH4 label system both by anion exchange HPLC and ion pair HPLC is described. It is discovered that there are at least four different 99Tc compounds or compounds with different valency. The radioactivity of the main peak reaches about 90% of total radioactivity.
