复方维生素C银翘双层片的制备及其稳定性研究

Preparation and Stability Study of Double Layer Compound Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets

选用利于维生素 C稳定的辅料 ,采用双层压片工艺制备了复方维生素 C银翘片 ,并对其含量测定方法进行了改进。稳定性加速试验研究表明 ,双层片稳定性比市售片有极显著提高 (P<0 .0 1) ,可达到两年以上。

A novel double layer compound vitamin C Yinqiao tablets were formulated using some stabilizers. The determination method was modified to eliminate the interference of antioxidant in tablets. The accelerated experiment demonstrated that stability of double layer tablets was markedly enhanced as compared to marketed ones and the shelf life could be raised to two years.
