依托度酸缓释片含量及其甲基衍生物的HPLC法测定

Determination of Etodolac Sustained Release Tablets and Its Methyl Derivatives by HPLC

建立了依托度酸缓释片含量及其甲基衍生物的 HPL C测定法。采用 Phase Sep Spherisorb ODS- 1色谱柱 ,乙腈 - 0 .0 5 mol/ L磷酸二氢钾溶液 (p H 4.75 ) (45∶ 5 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 2 5 nm。平均回收率为 99.5 3% ,RSD为0 .2 2 %。依托度酸甲基衍生物的检测采用 Spherisorb ODS- 1色谱柱 ,乙腈 -甲醇 - 1.74%磷酸氢二钾溶液 (13∶ 19∶6 8) ,检测波长 2 2 5 nm。 1-甲基和 8-甲基衍生物的检出限分别为 0 .492 ng和 0 .5 0 6 ng。方法简便快速 ,结果准确。

HPLC determination of etodolac sustained release tablets and its methyl derivatives was established. A Phase Sep Spherisorb ODS 1 column was used for the assay of etodolac, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile 0.05 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 4.75)(45∶55), at the detection wavelength of 225 nm. The average recovery was 99.53%, with RSD of 0.22%. A Spherisorb ODS 1 column was used for the determination of etodolac methyl derivatives with the mobile phase of acetonitrile methanol 1.74%( w/v ) solution of K 2HPO 4 (13∶19∶68), at the detection wavelength of 225 nm. The detective limits of etodolac 1 methyl derivative and 8 methyl derivative was 0.492 and 0.506 ng, respectively.
