原位PCR法对围生期心肌病柯萨奇B组病毒的检测

The usage of in situ rt-PCR to diagnose Coxsackievirus B infection in peripartum cardiomyopathy

目的 :探讨围生期心肌病的病因。方法 :应用原位 PCR法对 2例 1 4、1 5年前临床诊断为围生期心肌病患者的心肌活检的石蜡切片进行柯萨奇 B组病毒 ( CVB)的检测。结果 :2例患者的心肌活检组织中 CVB- RNA均显示阳性信号。结论 :CVB感染可能是围生期心肌病的病因之一。

Objective:To diagnose Coxsackievirus B (CVB) diagnosed infection in peripartum cardiomyopathy.Method:There were two patients of peripartum cardiomyopathy 14～15 years ago, whose myocardial tissues could not support viral infection then.Today we used in situ rt PCR to detect CVB RNA in the wax sections of their myocardial tissues.It may be useful to find the cause of peripartum cardiomyopathy.Result:CVB RNA signals could be found in myocardial tissues of the two patients.Conclusion:CVB infection may be one of the causes of peripartum cardiomyopathy.
