摘要
目的 :观察白细胞介素 - 2 ( IL- 2 )及白细胞介素 - 1 0 ( IL- 1 0 )在急性病毒性心肌炎 ( VMC)小鼠病程中的变化。方法 :用 Cox B3 病毒感染 Balb/c小鼠 ,建立心肌炎模型 ,接种后 4、7、1 4、2 1 d,用 ELISA试剂盒检测血清 IL- 2 ,IL- 1 0 ,并对心肌组织进行病理学检测。结果 :在接种病毒后 4d,小鼠血清 IL- 2低于正常组 ,在第 1 4、2 1天 ,血清 IL- 2水平高于正常组 ,血清 IL- 2水平与病理严重程度密切相关 ;IL- 1 0在接种病毒后逐渐下降 ,在第 1 4、2 1天 ,明显低于正常组。结论 :IL- 2 ,IL-1 0在 VMC病程中起不同的作用 。
Objective:To observe the changes of IL 2 and IL 10 in the course of acute virus myocarditis.Method:Balb/c mice were infected with coxsackievirus B 3 and IL 2, IL 10 in serum were detected at the day 4, 7, 14 and 21 after infection.Furthermore, the severity of myocarditis were assessed by pathology examination.Result:Four days after challenged, the consistence of IL 2 in infected mice was lower than that of control group. At the day 14 and 21, IL 2 was higher than that of the control group and the severity of myocarditis was related with the consistence of IL 2.On the other hand, the consistence of IL 10 in the infected mice was decreased gradually, which was obviously lower than that of the control on the day 14 and 21.Conclusion:IL 2 and IL 10 have different effects in the course of myocarditis.Cell immunization disorder correlates with the corruption of the belance of cytokines in virus myocarditis.
