摘要
采用46.6McV/amu C^((?)+)离子对小麦、枸杞、山黧豆和白兰瓜四种作物种子进行照射。结果表明,不同剂量的重离子对四种种子的萌发能力和生长势都产生了抑制作用,剂量越大,抑制作用越强,两者呈显著的正相关。小麦、枸杞、山黧豆和白兰瓜种子的半致死剂量D_(50)分别为10~2、3×10~5、4×10~6、10~7p/cm^2。除小麦出现了一条带抗性尾巴的存活曲线外,其它三种种子的失活截面a分别为18.5、16.4、5.2m^2。
Four kinds of plant seeds were exposed to 46. 6MeV/amu C6+ ions. The results showed that the inbihition of germination ability and growing power for these seeds was increased with the dose of heavy ions. There existed a positive correlation between them. D50 for Triticum acstivum L, Lycium barbarum L, Lathrus sativus L and Cucumis melo var in-dorous is 102, 3×105, 4×106 and 107 p/cm2 respectively. Though a survival curve with resistant tail appears for Triticum acstivum L, the inactivation cross-section a is in turn in the order of 18.5, 16.4 and 5.2μm2 for other seeds.
