肾上腺囊肿的诊断和治疗——附4例报道及文献复习

Diagnosis and treatment of adrenal cysts:a report of 4 cases and review of the literature

目的探讨肾上腺囊肿的诊断和治疗。方法报告 4例我院收治的肾上腺囊肿病人，并复习有关文献。结果在 B超引导下行肾上腺囊肿穿刺硬化治疗， 4例患者均一次穿刺治疗成功，效果满意，随访无复发。结论 B超及 CT检查是可靠的诊断方法，在 B超引导下行穿刺治疗是治疗肾上腺囊肿的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the treatment and diagnosis of adrenal cysts. Methods The clinical data of 4 cases of adrenal cysts were reported and reviewed literature about the disease. Results 4 patients with adrenal cysts underwent puncture and sclerosing agent injection therapy in cysts with guiding of B－ ultrasonography.The results of treatment were good and no recurrence in follow－ up. Conclusion The diagnosis could be established on B－ ultrasonography and CT.Puncturing and sclerosing agent injection in cysts with the guiding of B－ ultrasonography is a effective method for the treatment of adrenal cysts.
