颅面联合进路切除侵犯前颅底的头颈恶性肿瘤——附2例报道

Resection of the malignant tumors in head and neck involving skull base through the cephalofacial route :report of 2 cases

目的探讨侵犯前颅窝底的头颈恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法对 1994～ 1996年收治的 2例罕少见的头颈部恶性肿瘤进行回顾性分析。结果均为男性，其中头颈部三重癌 1例，原发性额窦癌 1例，均广泛侵犯前颅底，采取颅面联合进路广泛切除原发性肿瘤。结论颅面联合进路是治疗已侵犯前颅底骨质的头颈恶性肿瘤的最佳方法；为尽早诊断和提高患者的生存期和生活质量，呼吸道和消化道的影像学及内窥镜检查应作为常规检查内容。

Objective To find the diagnostic and treating methods of the malignant tumors involving skull base. Methods Two rare cases of the malignant tumors in head and neck were analyzed from 1994～ 1996. Results The patients were male,one of which was multiple primary cancer,another was the primary tumors of front sinus.They were performed surgery through the cephalofacial route. Conclusion The cephalofacial route is the best method in treating the malignant tumors of head and neck involving skull base.The imaging and endoscopic examination of respiratory and digestive tract must be performed in order to establish diagnosis earlier,to improve survival times and life quality of the patients.
