彩钢屋顶聚氨酯泡塑保温冬季施工技术探讨

为解决彩色钢板屋顶聚氨酯泡塑现场喷涂保温在冬季低温(0℃以下)施工中 ,易造成大面积脱落等问题 ,通过工程实例 ,介绍了原料配方选择、主设备和辅助设备的选择和设计、施工准备及工艺参数的确定 ,取得了较好的效果。

In order to solve large area tripped polyurethane foam insulating layer on coloured steel roof sprayed on site in winter low temperature (less than 0℃), this paper presents selection of formula, selection and design for main and auxiliary equipment,construction preparation and confirmation of process parameters through engineering examples. The better result has been obtained. At same time, it points out the notices should be taken for total engineering.
