粉煤灰制砖工艺

介绍粉煤灰制砖的原材料、工艺过程及生产控制要点。指出 :原料干搅拌混合有利于提高拌合料的均匀程度 ,该工序不可少 ;湿拌时要求一次加足所需水量 ;选择符合工艺要求且机械化程度高的仓式陈化 ;湿碾后 ,拌合料需再陈化一段时间 ;采用双向压制成型 ,可使砖坯密实性均匀 ;要根据原料、生产工艺和季节的不同制订相应的最佳升温。

The article introduces raw materials of fly ash brick, production process and control key points. It points out that dry mixing can increase uniformity of mixture, so it is necessary working procedure. The required water should be added once during wet mixing. The silo ageing which can meet the process requirement with high mechanization should be chosen. The mixture needs again to age for certain duration after mulling. The double action pressing formation is adopted so as to make compactness of brick biscuit uniform. The optimum heating up curve, constant temperature, and cooling down system should be worked out as per different raw materials, production process and season.
