根据参加本区洪水资源利用规划工作的实践 ,提出了在农村农田基本建设中开发利用洪水的建设原则和工程措施 ,包括引洪自流灌溉、沟口汇流式旱井群、坡面集流式水窖、塘坝、蓄水池、小水库及蓄洪骨干淤地坝等七种类型 ,并对每一类型的特点。

According to the practice of flood resources utilizing in Linfen prefecture, the present article puts forward some rules and measures on flood exploiting in capital construction on farmland, which includes flood irrigation arid wells, infiltration rooms, small dam, small reservoirs, and terrace dam. In addition, the present article also probes into the characteristics of each type.
