摘要
本工作从理论和实验上对用超热中子引起的^(47)Ti(n,p)^(47)Sc核反应分析微量钛时共存的钒、钙干扰作了详细研究,结果表明蓝宝石中钒、钙干扰可以忽略。实验测定了不同分析核反应的钛检出限,结果表明,^(47)Ti(n,p)^(47)Sc的钛检出限较好。采用此核反应测定了我国福建蓝宝石中的微量钛。
In this paper the interferences of Ca and V in trace titanium determination by the 47Ti (n,p)47Sc reaction of epithermal neutron were thoroughly studied both theoretically and experimentally. It was concluded that such interferences were negligible for sapphires. The detection limits of Ti for different reactions were experimentally determined. It was shown that the 47Ti (n, p) 47Sc reaction was more sensitive than other reactions of Ti. The trace titanium in sapphires of Fujian Province was determined also by using the reaction.
