摘要
将丙烯酸乳液、VAE乳液、有机硅防水剂冷混 ,以此配制的防水涂料 ,拒水自洁、防水抗渗、耐寒抗热、粘结强度大、柔韧性好、抗紫外线照射、耐老化。介绍了原料、配方、生产工艺及性能检测 ,并讨论了有机硅、VAE。
Waterproof coating was prepared with acrylic emulsion,VAE emulsion and silicone water repellent agent through cold mixing.The coating features in water repellency and selfcleaning,waterproofing and permeability resistance,cold endurance and heat resistance,high bond strength,good flexibility and toughness,UV radiation resistance and ageing resistance.Raw materials,formulation,productive technology and property testing were described and various factors of silicone,VAE and filler etc.affecting coating properties were discussed
