摘要
实现水泥国家标准及物检方法向 ISO国际标准过渡 ,对我国水泥行业是一次深刻变革 ,水泥企业必须打破传统的工艺技术控制模式与生产组织方式 ,针对企业特点寻求最佳过渡路径。文章从熟料组成设计、颗粒级配、外加剂添加和代用混合材使用四个方面分别按目前的国家标准与即将实施的 ISO标准组织对比试验 ,找出了 ISO物检方法对水泥质量的影响规律。
It is a profound transform for cement industry in China to realize the transition of cement national standard and physical test method into ISO international standard. Cement enterprises must break through conventional process technology control mode and production organization pattern and search for the optimum transition way according to the enterprise characteristics. In this article, the author, from four aspects of clinker composition design, particle size grading, additive application and substitute admixture utilization, conducted comparative experiments of the national standard and the ISO standard to be implemented and found the regularity of the impact of the ISO physical test method on the cement quality in our country.
