摘要
本文叙述了圆柱形源的γ射线自吸收校正。制备了四种介质的液体,它们相应的密度分别为1.0,1.25,1.50,1.83g/cm^3,把每种液体做成六种厚度的源。γ射线能量在122—1332.5keV范围内。所测得的自吸收校正因子与理论计算值在~5%的误差范围内一致。通过最小二乘法拟合了样品厚度与效率的关系曲线。本文还得出了圆柱形源的最佳厚度。
Gamma ray self-absorption correction for cylindrical volume-sources is described. Four kinds of solution were prepared, with densities of 1.0, 1.25, 1.50 and 1.83g/cm3 respectively. From each solution six sources with different thicknesses were made. The Gamma ray energies used were between 122.1 keV and 1332.5 keV. The self-absorption correction factors were determined. They were consistent well with the results of theoretical calculation within an error of about 5%. The efficiency curves for cylindrical volume-sources with various thicknesses were drawn by the least square method. The optimal thickness for cylindrical volume-sources was given.
