中国入世后建筑业发展的对策研究

On Development Strategies for China's Construction Industry after Its Entr ance of the WTO

中国建筑业与发达国家建筑业在体制、法制、机制、产业结构、技术水平及市场竞争力等方面存在着较大差距，缩短这些差距的重要途径就是与国际惯例接轨。本文根据世贸组织（ＷＴＯ）关于“全球贸易自由化”的宗旨，结合中国建筑业的现状提出了提高中国建筑业整体水平的八点对策。特别指出，只有按市场经济规律办事和进行企业创新才能不断增强中国建筑业的国际竞争能力。

The construction industry of China is behind them of the developed countries in the respects of the system,legal framework,mechanism,industrial organization structure, the level of technology, and market competitiveness. It is believed that the significant way to solve the problems is to adapt the international common rules.At the guidance ot.underlying principle of the WTO,Trade Liberalization,this paper proposes eight methods to thoroughly enhance the competitiveness of China construction industry based on the statues quo of the industry.Moreover,the paper stresses that it is most important for China construction industry to run the business following the market economy laws as well as encouraging innovation of the enterprises in order to improve its international competitiveness.
