摘要
使用穆斯堡尔谱学的方法研究了低合金钢在人造海水中的腐蚀过程。实验采用了内转换电子谱、X射线散射谱及透射谱的测量。对不同时间的挂片进行室温和液氮温度的测量,得到主要腐蚀产物为γ-FeOOH,中锈层还有少量Fe_3O_4和小颗粒α-FeOOH,锈层组分的变化说明基体中合金元素对钢的耐腐蚀性有影响。
The corrosion process of low alloy steel in synthetic sea water has been investigated by Mossbauer spectroscopy.The methods used include the internal conversion electron spectros-copy, the X ray scattering spectroscopy and conventional transmission Mossbauer spectros-copy. The results showed that corrosion product of outer layer was composed of γ-FeOOH, and small amount of Fe3O4 and some small particles of α-FeOOH were observed in the mid-dle rust layer. Some influences of alloying elements on corrosion were also observed.
