By construction of basic level and surface course of cement concrete roadbed, the author summarizes a set of organization, constructional technology and quality control method of science, convenience and easy operation. Formulating the first responsibility people system of technique, quality and safety in construction,erecting technique, quality and management system of taking engineer in charge as kernel, which can ensure constructional quality and obtain good using effect.
