对“优良工程”的一点看法

A view to “high quality project”

就目前一些政府部门评定的优质工程得不到用户满意的现象提出了一点看法 ,并就造成这种现象的原因进行了调查 ,对现代意义上的优良工程应从设计的合理性 ,装修的档次、品位、细部几方面这一全新的概念考虑 ,达到对一个单位工程从设计、施工。

The paper puts forward a view to the phenomenon that some hign quality projects evaluated by the government are satesfied by user, investigates reasons of causing the phenomenon, adds some recent conceptions to hign quality projects of modern times meaning from rationality of design, grade of decoration, consideration of detail and so on, reach overall evaluating a construction unit from design, construction and decoration.
