Discussion on project quality management under the condition of socialistic market economy

在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,对建设工程质量管理要以规范建设者行为、加强政府监督进行了叙述。系统地分析了在社会主义市场经济条件下工程质量管理的必要性和目前工程质量管理中存在的问题。提出了加强建筑市场和建设监理单位的管理 ,完善监督职能 ,加大执法力度 。

Under the condition of socialistic market economy,constructional project quality management is mainly realized from nomalizing behaviour of builders, strengthening government supervision. The paper systematicly analyses necessity of project quality under the condition of socialistic market economy and existable problem of project quality management at present, puts forward that strengthening management of building market and constructional supervision units, improving supervision function, enforcing the law strictly, carrying out system of a return visit of project quality.
