摘要
以事先设定熟料主要矿物组成含量和计算出与之相适应熟料率值为目标控制值,在灼烧基原燃材料与无灰熟料相对应氧化物含量单项平衡的基础上,建立多元系统线性非齐次配料方程组,从中求解出配比未知量,由此逐步计算,实现早强铁铝酸盐特种水泥生料配比的倒推计算。
The pre- designed main mineral composition of clinker and the corresponding calculated moduli were determined as the guiding control value. The multi- factor and linear non- similar equation group for raw meal proportion was established on the basis of the balance of the compositions of clinker without coal ash and of the ignited raw materials and fuel. The proportioning plan was thus solved through the step- by- step calculation, and the proportioning of the raw meal of high early strength ferro- aluminate special cement by reverse calculating was realized.
