摘要
针对江尖大桥现浇预应力混凝土连续大面积、大体积、缓凝早强泵送混凝土 ,要求混凝土3~4d强度达到设计强度C38进行钢纹线张拉满足施工进度等一系列相互矛盾的问题 ,从优选混凝土外加剂入手确定最佳混凝土配比 ,并提出暑期混凝土施工质量控制方法 ,确保工程质量和进度 。
There is a series of contradictory question for construction of Jiang Jian Bridge:The cast-on-site prestressed concrete is continuous large area and large volume retarded set early strength pumping concrete. The steel thread concrete strength has to reach the designed strength C38 within 3~4 days. The tension has to be carried out so as to meet construction schedule. The optimum mix proportion is decided starting with optimization of concrete additives. It puts forward quality control method of concrete construction during summer vacation time, and makes sure engineering quality and schedule to reach expected result.
