This paper analyzes cracking reasons produced on thermal insulation wall, describes cracking prevention mechanism of ZL polystyrene granule thermal insulation material and presents engineering samples and construction process of cracking repair for exterior wall outer thermal insulation with this thermal insulation material. The ZL polystyrene granule thermal insulation material used for exterior wall outer thermal insulation can solve cracking problem effectively.
