摘要
本文介绍用XRF法直接测量人体甲状腺组织内微量元素碘的方法研究。作者根据原理设计出激发-探测仪器组合,做了测量方法条件试验,讨论了方法的灵敏度、可信度及照射剂量等问题。对正常甲状腺病人的测量证明此法可以直接测量出甲状腺内的碘。此外还研究了甲状腺碘的定量分析方法。
The methodology of radioisotope induced X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) of thyroid iodine was studied. According to the basic principle, a combined system with an excitingt source and a counting device was designed. Experiments on the method for measuremen-and experimental arrangement were carried out. The reliability, sensitivity as well as expo-sure-dose were discussed. XRF examination was performed in 12 cases with normal thy roid. The results showed that thyroid iodine can be determined directly with this way.
