Determination of Puerarin Content in Gegenqinlian Tablets by TLCS Method

目的 建立TLCS法测定葛根芩连片中葛根素含量。方法 采用单波长反射锯齿扫描 ,测定波长为 2 75nm。结果 线性范围在 0 .38～ 3.8μg ,r =0 .9993,平均回收率为 96 .87%。结论 本法稳定可靠 。

Aim To establish a TLCS method for determination of Puerarin content in Gegenqinlian tablets.Methods The determination was carried out with reflection zigzag scanning at a single wavelength.The detection wavelength was set at 275nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.38～3.8μg,r=0.999 3 and the average recovery was 96.87%.Conclusion The method is stable and reliable and can be used in quality control.
