EDTA络合滴定法测定钙易达片中螯合型L-天门冬氨酸钙中钙的含量

Determination of the Content of Calcium in L-Acidum Asparticum Calcium by EDTA Complexiometry

目的 通过实验确定EDTA络合滴定法测定螯合型L -天门冬氨酸钙中钙含量的可行性。方法 利用在pH =11.0的条件下 ,L -天门冬氨酸 (螯合 )钙的稳定性明显小于EDTA络合钙的特点 ,采用EDTA络合滴定法测定钙易达片中L -天门冬氨酸钙中钙的含量。结果 平均回收率为 10 2 .46 % ,RSD为 1.0 2 % (n =5 )。结论 采用EDTA络合滴定法测定螯合型L -天门冬氨酸钙中钙含量的方法可行 。

Aim To study the feasibility of EDTA complexiometry determining the content of Calcium in L-Acidum Asparticum Calcium.Methods To use EDTA complexiometry to determine the content of Calcium in L-Acidum Asparticum under the condition of pH=11.0 by utilizing the stability of L-Acidum Asparticum(Chelate) Calcium obviously lower than that of EDTA complex Calcium.Results The average recovery was 102.46%,RSD was 1.02%(n=5).Conclusions The method of using EDTA complexiometry to determine the content of Calcium in L-Acidum Asparticum Calcium is reliable and accurate.
