Determination of Phillyrin in Gandening Capsule by HPLC

目的 建立肝得宁胶囊中连翘苷的HPLC含量法测定。方法 固定相 :RP -C18柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 -水 ( 5 0∶5 0 ) ,检测波长 2 80nm。结果 连翘苷含量测定线性范围 0 .2 4～ 2 .40 μg,加样回收率为 94.74% ,RSD为 2 .74%。

Aim To establish the determination method of phillyrin in Gandening capsule.Methods HPLC condition:C 18 column as solid phase,methanal-water(50∶50) as mobile phase and detective wavelength at 280nm.Results Phillyrin's linear range is 0.24～2.40μg,added standard material recovery rate is 94.74% and RSD is 2.74%.Conclusion The method can be used in the quality control of Gandening capsule.
