碘伏皮肤消毒影响青霉素皮试结果的临床观察

Clinical observation of 0.5% iodophor disinfectant in penicillion skin test

目的 观察碘伏皮肤消毒对青霉素皮试结果的影响。方法 对 12 2例患儿同时进行 0 .5 %碘伏和 75 %酒精两种消毒液的青霉素皮试皮肤消毒。在此基础上随机分别对 5 740例患儿进行酒精消毒后和 0 .5 %碘伏消毒后皮试。结果 0 .5 %碘伏能显著降低 75 %酒精消毒时青霉素皮试假阳性率 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,酒精组的假阳性率显著高于碘伏组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 碘伏是更佳的可替代 75 %酒精的青霉素皮试消毒液。

Objective To observe the effect of 0.5% iodophor in penicillion skin test. Method Penicillion skin tests of 122 children patients were performed with 0.5 iodophor and 75% alcohol simultaneously. Skin tests of 5740 children patients were also randomly performed with 0.5 iodophor and 75% alcohol respectively. Results 0.5% iodophor decreased the pseudo-positive rate resulting from alcohol by 75% ( P <0.05), and the pseudo-positive rate of the alcohol group was higher than that of the iodophor group ( P <0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that 0.5% iodophor is the more effective disinfectant to substitute for 75% alcohol in penicillin skin test.
