摘要 目的 提高健康教育效果。方法 随机对 1999年 4~ 10月 2 0 0例呼吸内科住院病人 ,根据健康教育表 7大项的掌握情况及责任护士对健康教育意义、做法、及效果认识进行调查分析。结果 健康教育效果与患者年龄、文化程度有关。年龄大、文化低健康教育效果差 (P <0 .0 1) ;不同层次护士对健康教育的意义、效果认识无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,进行健康教育做法有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,大专毕业护士优于中专毕业护士。大多数护理人员缺乏按护理程序进行健康教育的能力。结论 要因人而异地实施健康教育 ,同时必须多渠道培养和提高护士健康教育能力。 Objective To improve the effects of health education. Methods A survey was carried out among 200 patients in Department. of Respiration admitted from April to October 1999, regarding the 7 items of Education Health Table and among the duty nurses in the department regarding understanding of the significance, their conducts and the effects of health education. Results The survey showed that the effects of health education were related to the ages and educational levels of the patients; it was poorer on the aged patients with less education ( P <0.01); and there was no significant difference among the nurses in view of understanding of the significance and the effects of health education ( P >0.05), except their conducts ( P <0.05). The nurses with higher education manifested themselves better than those with lower one. Most nurses failed to perform health education required in the nursing procedures. Conclusion Health education should be carried out in appropriate ways according to individuals. On the other hand, nurses' ability in conducting health education needs more training and improvement.
