基层医院护士长竞争上岗实施体会

The experience of taking up head nurses through competition in the basic-level hospital

摘要 护士长终身制 ,论资排辈 ,传统的管理方法是大多基层医院的共性。随着医学的发展 ,护理改革的深入 ,护理模式的转变 ,提高护理质量和护士素质已势在必行。根据我院的现状 ,护理部从优化护理管理人员着手 ,在院领导的大力支持下 ,实行护士长竞争上岗 ,择优聘用了 11名护士长 ,并进行了上岗前的培训。 14名老护士长替换了 11名 ,如此大的举措是全地区前所未有的。由于充分估计到工作难度 ,采取了应对措施 ,使各项工作能顺利进行。新上任的护士长努力学习科学管理知识 ,大胆改革 ,敢抓敢管 ,充分发挥了自己的才能。通过半年实践 ,护理质量有了全面提高。 Lifelong tenure of head nurse post promoted according to status and conservative administrative methods are the similarity of most basic-level hospitals. With the development of medicine and nursing theories, it is imperative to improve the nursing quality and the nurses' quality. The department of nursing administration started the reform with optimizing the nursing administrators, by initiating the mechanism of head nurses' taking up their posts through competition. As a result, 11 nurses were appointed head nurses because of their merits and good performance. 11 of the former 14 head nurses went off their posts. It was successful because of our anticipation of the difficulties and specific measures taken. The new appointed head nurses proved to be efficient at work by studying actively scientific administrative knowledge, standing out at reforms and taking over the burdens in administration. After practicing for half a year, the nursing quality has been entirely improved.
