玻璃体视网膜手术治疗儿童复杂性视网膜脱离9例报告

Vitreoretinal surgery for 9 children with rhegmatogenic retinal detachment

目的 对 9例 (9只眼 )儿童复杂性视网膜脱离 (retinal detachm ent,RD)的玻璃体视网膜手术(vitreoretinal surgery,VR术 )效果及失败原因进行评价。方法 采用玻璃体切割、视网膜前膜剥除、气液交换、冷凝或激光封孔、眼内 C3F8气体或硅油填充。结果 出院时 (平均 2 3天 ) ,手术成功 8只眼 ,失败 1只眼。采用眼内填充硅油可提高手术效果。术后平均追踪期为 12个月 ,最终手术成功 7只眼 (77.77% )。结论 采用 VR术可提高儿童孔源性视网膜脱离的手术成功率。

Objective To evaluate the children's effect with complicated rhegmatogenic retinal detachments by vitreoretinal(VR) surgery in 9 patients(9 eyes).Methods The opreative procedures,the vitrectomy and the peeling of pre-retinal membrane,with simultaneous fluid-air exchange,retinal cryopexy or laser photocoagulation,inertgas(C 3F 8) or silcone tamponde were used.Results On discharge from the hospital(averging 23 days),the operation was effective in 8 cases and failure in 1 cases,the patient's prognosis may be improved using silicone oil tamponade.averging followed up 12 months,to find the operative results stable in 7 eyes (77.77%).Conclusion The success rate of the children operation with complicated rhegmatogenic retinal detachments was increased by VR surgery
